Project Pricing

We price our homes with open book pricing and use a cost plus percentage to determine sales price. We will estimate the home using this process and as we are finishing the home we will reconcile the estimate to match the actual construction cost and finalize the sales price. This will give you the best bang for your buck and you will get exactly what you ordered without paying for any “fluff’. If you are building a custom home we will need the complete set of building plans and some basic specs to get our estimate started. If building offsite we will need a survey and septic design.
