With every home we build we will determine the overall sales price by starting at a base price for one of our base floor plans which includes the basic Building Requirements and may not include everything you see on our floor plans shown on our website or in a model home. We then add options/upgrades a la carte based on your wants, needs and any location requirements. There may also be zoning and/or development requirements that we need to add to be compliant with as well as site improvements that we may need to perform.
