Have you always wanted to add your own unique touch to your brand new home? Semler Construction can help with that! While we have our own floor plans that you can build from, we can modify each plan to fit your needs and desires or build a floor plan from scratch.

After the purchase agreement is signed, the builder meets each customer at the pre-construction meeting to go over the floor plan and building process in detail. We are happy to answer any questions and concerns you may have so you have peace of mind as you begin your home building journey.

During construction, customers will have an opportunity to walk thru their new home with a Semler Construction representative at the Electrical walk-thru just before the electrical wiring begins and a final walk-thru right after the home is completed.

We pride ourselves on our detailed and transparent pricing forms and change orders so there are no surprises or forgotten expenses throughout the building process.
