Offsite new construction sales PERSON
Semler Construction is seeking a qualified sales PERSON for offsite sales of new homes. This position requires someone who is self-starter able to work independently as well as work closely with customers in a fast paced environment while achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
work With new construction Leads provided by Semler Construction
Implement your own systems and Marketing to Generate New construction Leads
Inspect OFFSITE lots and perform research on building POSSIBILITIES
Scout for offsite lots to add to inventory and Semler website
Responsible for achieving sales goals and high levels of customer satisfaction
mUST BE A LICENSED MN SALES PERSON OR BROKER (may stay at your current broker)
A positive attitude and good social/interpersonal skills are essential
Previous experience in Selling new construction is helpful but not NECESSARY
Have exceptional listening and communications skills
Follow up and follow through consistently to deliver outstanding service
Have excellent time management, organizational and scheduling skills
MINIMUM EDUCATION EXPERIENCE
HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATE
REAL ESTATE EDUCATION
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
ADAPTABILITY AND FLEXIBILITY TO WORK EFFECTIVELY IN A FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT WITH ABILITY TO COORDINATE SEVERAL ACTIVITIES SIMULTANEOUSLY.
CUSTOMER-SERVICE ORIENTED WITH GOOD INTERPERSONAL SKILLS; GOOD VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS FOR INTERACTION WITH A VARIETY OF PEOPLE INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE ORGANIZATION.
ABILITY TO USE CURRENT TECHNOLOGY AND ABILITY and willingness TO LEARN NEW TECHNOLOGY.
TRAVEL DEMANDS WHICH REQUIRE POSSESSION OF A VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE.
Commission splits range from 30% to 80%
