Pete meets with all Customers in the beginning at the pre-construction meeting. He explains, in detail, the plans of your new home and discusses the building process and the importance of having great communication throughout. Pete encourages your involvement and questions during the construction period.
We always hear Pete telling each Homeowner: “Now I want you to have fun at this.” He can be very matter-of-fact, yet very easy to get along with. His dedication to his customers, trade partners and employees is exemplary. He truly is a “really likable guy”!
Jason M. Semler
Title: Vice President/Sales Manager/Design/Estimating/Janitor
Jason has been in the construction and real estate industry most of his life, beginning as a young boy in construction to working his way up to founding a successful home building firm in 1994 and later founding a successful real estate brokerage. He works closely with customers and trade partners to ensure your home is built to the high quality standards that Semler is known for. Jason has a reputation for being a hardworking, honest, ethical, loyal, trustworthy and no non-sense pro that gets the job done.
Title: Office Manager
Patty is responsible for the office activities regarding home building. She works with each employee, Realtors, mortgage and title companies, trade partners and customers to ensure that each one has the necessary documents to proceed with the building process. She handles all accounts receivables and payables. She is the “gate keeper” of the office, and does it well. Patty has been with Semler Construction for over 20 years, so you can say she knows the business inside and out.

Jen helps with the day to activities at the office from filing to answering the phones and everything in-between.
Title: Project & Service Manager
John manages the day to day activities on all projects from begging to end and also oversees all customer service after closing.
