WARRANTY INFORMATION
Your home is covered by a 2-10 warranty (www.2-10.com), please read the warranty booklet supplied at the back of this book. You also have the integrity of Semler Homes to help you with warranty issues. Please contact our Service Rep. before notifying 2-10 of any warranty issues.
How your warranty works:
First year: Your complete home is covered.
Second year: Your mechanical equipment is covered
Ten year: Your major structure is covered
The 30-Day Warranty is only for items that require immediate attention, in order to avoid more complicated warranty items. Please keep a separate record for any small warranty issues (example: a nail pop) found within the first year.
We are not able to come to your home every time there is a small warranty item. Should a major warranty item occur, we expect you to call us immediately. Our Service Manager works the hours of 8:00-4:00, Monday through Friday. Should a major item quit working on the weekend and you cannot reach our Service Manager, you should contact an appropriate subcontractor in your area to repair that item. Contact our office the next working day for proper billing.
